Hello Fellow Doodlers!

Felt Sunflower: The Sunflowers are coming out in many yards in the USA and we would surely love to keep these amazing flowers around all year buy they do not dry into a pristine usable bloom; so the next best thing is to make some for decorations. So, for us felt-fanatics, Emily and Jaime are the hosts of “Everyday Art” and have a lovely Sunflower tutorial for us to follow. Their art may be fun DIY house projects, handmade items, delicious meals or great memories with their kids. Their blog is filled with amazing tutorials and you can follow them on Facebook and Pinterest to keep up with this team. Thanks ladies for sharing your talents.

Kwerner Designs blog has a great video tutorial for making this fun flip card. I love the punched out center with embossed vellum using Sizzix Circle Flip-its Card Die #657586 - $29.99! Click to watch.

Tania of “Myrtle and Eunice” lives in Melbourne, Australia and she is the mother of three, wife to one. Tania is a slightly obsessive designer and craftier. This is fine with us because she has some darling tutorials to share. Her “How to Make a Chick” is beyond adorable with its little wire legs. Tania shows you the easy-peasy 'how-to' create a Steiner-inspired Easter chick of felt, poseable wire legs, using a simple blanket stitch! Get the 2-page pattern and 'how-to' download HERE.

Three sheets, each with a one mold able side and one smooth side (thickness varies), with instructions and project ideas. Sheets are 8" x 10" with thicknesses of 1/2", 1/4", and 1/8." In this step-by-step tutorial, Mtivet Rubber Stamps, shows you how-to layer and mask digital images using Photoshop. Also, if you go through your favourite stamping blogs, you will probably find that they all have something in common; they all have nice pictures of their cards. It does not matter how talented you are, or how nice your cards look in real life, if you cannot portray this on your blog. You'll be shown that you do not need a fancy camera or photography skills to do this.

Summertime is a time when most of us schedule trips and vacations. This little suitcase by Anna-Karin will keep all your memories of your travels in one amazing place!! She used a die from Sizzix for the base (Suitcase Scoreboards by Eileen Hull), stamping and distressing it and adding metal embellishments. She even stamped the inside of the case and made a wonderful tag book to put inside. For more info and pictures visit her blog, Layers of Ink.
Alisa Burke of Redefined Creativity, was inspired to create some simple but fun clay charms for her Fashion Friday project, and decided to take a short cut using oven-bake clay with the goal to try and not make it NOT look like oven bake clay! Also, view the author's photostream which shows her crafty collections of talent!
