When I saw these fancy rubber gloves, as I chuckled I thought, "what a cute bridal shower gift" to add to a kitcheny package! I love giving a basket of kitchen gadgets with crocheted towel toppers, matching hot pads, mitts, apron, and other goodies! Melissa shows you how to create a pair for yourself or for gift-giving ... oh what a great holiday hostess-gift idea!!

Gingham stars adorn this gorgeous pear tree cut out! Lisa and Sarah, have a red gingham theme for their holidays .... making decorations each year adds to the excitement and is always part of their families Christmas preparations! And I was so loving the partridge pear tree design that I had to draw one similar to it, to cut out of foamboard (decoupage and paint) to add stars to it and my holiday decor. What a lovely "centerpiece" or holiday dedoration to add to your collection too! So, I'm also sharing my partridge pear tree drawn design with you! Enlarge it to whatever size you would love to create it in. And the star pattern will automatically size to your project.

Get your fabric, or better yet, "felt fabric" out!! What better match than a partridge and a pear? You can't resist making this adorable duo in two different sizes, the big one is perfect for pin cushions. Stitch the petite version to adorn your Christmas Tree, gift boxes, anywhere really. Big partridge is 6" x 4", big pear is 3" x 5", little partridge is 2" x 4", and little pear is 3" x 2" Item No. 991416 is free!

Made in the USA!! Where will you spend your dollars this holiday season? Think about patronizing a small business as a way to give TWO gifts. One is the gift you purchase. The money goes to the crafter or small business owner, who in turn spends it with another small business (accountant, landlord, their employees) in ways that directly improve and affect your town, your state, your country. They pay local/state and U.S. taxes. They are much more likely to provide better wages and benefits. They are your neighbors. Read a few more reasons here.
